HoxPrep is an AI-assisted radio show prep platform built for Top 40, CHR, and Hot AC radio personalities. It delivers daily content including on-air bits, phone starters, social media posts, and related tools. HoxPrep is operated by Austin Moore / OnAirAustin LLC.
You must be at least 18 years old to use HoxPrep. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a working or aspiring radio personality, broadcaster, or media professional. Accounts are subject to manual approval.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at austin@hoxprep.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
HoxPrep offers the following plans:
Founding Member pricing is locked as long as your account remains active and in good standing. Cancellation or non-payment forfeits the founding rate. Pricing for other tiers may change with 30 days notice.
Content delivered through HoxPrep is generated using artificial intelligence. While we work to ensure quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all content before using it on-air or in any public context. HoxPrep is not liable for any content used as-is without editorial review.
HoxPrep grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered content for your personal on-air and social media use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense HoxPrep content to other radio personalities, networks, or services.
Pro+ subscribers may claim market exclusivity for their station market. This means no other user in the same market may access a Pro+ subscription simultaneously. Market claims are first-come, first-served and are released upon cancellation or downgrade.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. HoxPrep does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Founding Member pricing is permanently forfeited upon cancellation.
Your use of HoxPrep is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
HoxPrep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of AI-generated content, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the service at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoxPrep and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to content errors, service interruptions, or data loss.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of HoxPrep after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
