HoxPrep uses Google Gemini to generate show prep content. Prompts sent to Gemini may include general context about your market and station format but do not include personally identifiable information. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle API data.
HoxPrep also uses ElevenLabs for AI voice generation (Pro+ feature). Audio generation prompts do not include your personal information. See ElevenLabs' Privacy Policy for details.
We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to send transactional and digest emails. By registering, you consent to receive account and prep-related emails. You may opt out of digest emails in your account settings at any time. Transactional emails (password reset, verification) cannot be opted out of.
